Cloak is an ability that allows its user to become invisible to a target. When the ability is active, the target will not be able to see the user.

Usage[]
The user has the ability to become imperceptible to a selected target. The target is unable to see the user when the ability is active, and this effect can be sustained indefinitely. When activated, the user will fade from the view of the target, and deactivating the ability will cause the reverse effect.
However, the user will still be perceptible to all other people. The user is also able to be recorded with cameras while the ability is active, and the ability will not mask the heat signature of the user, so the user will still be visible on thermal imaging systems or cameras.
